From New York City - Approximately 80 miles
 

Take the Long Island Expressway East to Exit 71. Turn left at the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp onto Edwards Avenue heading north. Proceed approximatelxy 4 miles on Edwards Avenue, past and through the stop light at Route 25, to Sound Avenue (2^nd stop light). Turn right on Sound Avenue heading east and proceed approximately 2.2 miles to entrance driveway on left at 3000 Sound Avenue (0.6 miles past Osborne Avenue).
Please note that there is no signage for Friar's Head on Sound Avenue, so keep an eye out for the black "3000" mailbox.

From the Hamptons

Take Highway 27 West to Exit 65 North (Route 24 North to Riverhead). Proceed approximately 6.4 miles on Route 24 North to Route 105 (1^st traffic lighted intersection). Turn right on Route 105 heading north and proceed approximately 4.3 miles to Sound Avenue. Turn left on Sound Avenue heading west and proceed approximately 3.3 miles to entrance driveway on the right at 3000 Sound Avenue (just past Horton Avenue on left).
Please note that there is no signage for Friar's Head on Sound Avenue, so keep an eye out for the black "3000" mailbox.

From Westhampton (Francis Gabreski) Airport - Approximately 13 miles
 

Turn right out of airport (at traffic light) heading north on Route 31 (Old Riverhead Road). Proceed 2.5 miles to stop sign and turn left onto Route 104 North (Quogue Riverhead Road). Proceed 1.4 miles and bear right onto Route 105 North. Proceed 5.3 miles to the end of Route 105 North to Sound Avenue. Turn left on Sound Avenue heading west and proceed approximately 3.3 miles to entrance driveway on the right at 3000 Sound Avenue (just past Horton Avenue on left).

From Islip (Long Island MacArthur) Airport - Approximately 30 miles
 

Turn left out of airport (at traffic light) heading east on NY-454 (Veterans Memorial Highway). Proceed to Highway 27 and head east on Highway 27 to Exit 55 (Route 101 – Patchogue/Yaphank). Turn left on County Road 101 North (North Sills Road) and proceed 3.2 miles to the Long Island Expressway. Take Long Island Expressway East to Exit 71.
